NSZL will take part in the 8th Library Day to be held on September 13 and September 15, 2016. The event, to be held at two locations this year, will help university and college students get acquainted with major libraries, publishing houses and archives related to their studies and research work.

In September 2016, Library Day will be held for the eighth time by the Hungarian Information Science Foundation and Eötvös Loránd University Library Service for university and college students studying in Budapest.
Just like in previous years, libraries most important for university and college students studying in Budapest will be present at the event, so that students could get acquainted with them as soon as possible, and that they could become users of these libraries at a discount price, where it is possible.
This year the event has two new features. On the one hand, students can visit two locations. Venue on September 13, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.: Trefort Garden Campus [2] of the Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University (4/C Múzeum Boulevard). Venue on September 15, 2016: Orb Hall [3] of Lágymányos Northern Building (1/A Pázmány Péter Promenade), where visitors will be hosted by libraries of the Faculty of Informatics, the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Social Sciences. On the other hand, exhibitors include archives and a publishing house. Budapest City Archives and Akadémiai Publishing House add a special flavor to the event.
NSZL will be present at both locations, our colleagues are looking forward to answering your questions. During the event, a 20 percent discount will be given off the registration fee of the Hungarian national library.
