Copy services:
Requests will be accepted until 15 December 2023 in order to ensure that the requests received can be processed before the end of this year.
Requests received after 15 December 2023 will be processed starting from 2 January 2024.
Receiving legal deposit copies and issuing international publication IDs:
The Legal Deposit and Publication ID Management Department will be closed between 24 December 2023 and 1 January 2024, during which time the reception of legal deposit copies and the issuing of international publication IDs will also be suspended.

Loan services will be available at the registration desk between 27 and 30 December 2023 at the following times:
- Wednesday: 12.30–18.00
- Thursday–Friday: 9.30–15.30
- Saturday: CLOSED
The reading rooms are closed. The book lending machine in the lobby will continue to operate during the special opening hours.
