Readers using library services are welcome from 9:00 on this day. The library will have special opening hours from 9:00 to 17:00, while requests for documents can be submitted by 16:00. On 19 September, from 9:00 to 17:00, visitors will also have the opportunity to register for free library membership or renew their existing membership.
