Visiting NSZL

We inform our visitors that, as of May 2, 2022, with the exception of the exhibition space of National Széchényi Library, any visit to NSZL’s building is allowed only on previous arrangement, at a pre-arranged date and time, in the presence of a guide. During visiting NSZL, our guests are provided with information about the history of Hungary’s national library, it collections as well as the main tasks of the institution. At the same time, visitors have the opportunity to visit and have a look at the various floors and Reading Rooms of National Széchényi Library.
