Opening ceremony and the announcement of winners will start at 3 p.m., on March 17, 2017 in the Ceremonial Hall of National Széchényi Library, on Floor 6.

Entitled Tradition and Innovation. NSZL as a Publisher, an exhibition will be opened in National Széchényi Library on March 10, 2017.

Entitled Literates and intellectuals in history, a lecture will be delivered (in Hungarian) by Géza Komoróczy, as part of our event series entitled Orientalists in NSZL. The lecture will start at 5 p.m. on Wednesday March 8, 2017.

Entitled Orientalists in NSZL, a lecture series presenting the culture of the East will begin on February 8, 2017.  On the first occasion, books on the Islamic State and the idea historical as well as geopolitical aspects of Islamism will be presented, and there will be a discussion with the authors of the books.
