Summer guided tours of our János Arany exhibition

In the summer, even during the annual closure of NSZL, special guided tours of our János Arany exhibition entitled Others Get Laurel Only by Leaves… will be held at 4 p.m. every Thursday and Saturday.

Organized groups can apply for other hours as well, but preliminary notice is required at least two weeks prior to the planned visit. Orders can be placed at the following e-mail address: csoportvezetes@oszk.hu.

The 49th Roaming Conference of the Association of Hungarian Librarians (AHL) was held in Miskolc between July 5 and 7, 2017. Central theme of the roaming conference of AHL was the improvement of the quality of life of our narrower and wider social environment, as well as the study of its boundaries.

Chinese delegation visited NSZL

A Chinese delegation led by Dr. Zhu Qi, Deputy Director-General of the Bureau for External Cultural Relations of the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China paid a visit to our Library.

Guests were received by Géza Szőcs, President of the National Library Board of Hungary and László Tüske, Director-General of NSZL.
