Monguz Qulto – Wednesday October 21, 2015

On October 21, 2015, we will continue our ILS presentation series, in the framework of which Monguz will present its Qulto system  in the Ceremonial Hall of NSZL.

In the framework of our ILS presentation series, on October 21, 2015 Monguz presented its Qulto system in the Ceremonial Hall of National Széchényi Library.

Presentations of the professional day were the following:

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Hungary, a book entitled Nem akarom elveszíteni a reményt (I don’t want to lose hope) by Nemat Kelimbetov will be presented in NSZL on May 9, 2017.

On May 4, 2017, NSZL will hold a conference on the importance of overseas hungarica, gathered via Mikes Kelemen Program, for public collections.

Guests will be greeted by representatives of the State Secretariat for National Policy and the State Secretariat for Culture.

The conference will be opened by Dr. László Tüske, Director-General of National Széchényi Library.

On the fourth eve of the lecture series, entitled Orientalists in NSZL and presenting the culture of the East, Pál Fodor will deliver a lecture at 6 p.m. on May 9, 2017.

Cooperation agreement on joint digitization between Győr-Moson-Sopron County Remand Prison and Dr. Pál Kovács County Library and Community Space, which has resulted in fruitful cooperation for a year now, seems to be expanding with the partnership of National Széchényi Library, according to a verbal agreement made by the parties on April 12, 2017 in the Győr-based remand prison.
