Our colleague, Mrs. Elizabeth Gazdag at the 49th Roaming Conference of AHL

The 49^th Roaming Conference of the Association of Hungarian Librarians (AHL) was held in Miskolc between July 5 and 7, 2017. Central theme of the roaming conference of AHL was the improvement of the quality of life of our narrower and wider social environment, as well as the study of its boundaries.

Several awards were handed over at the event. Our colleague, Mrs. Elizabeth Gazdag, Head of the Hungarian ISSN National Centre, Budapest was awarded Medallion for Association Work. The award came in recognition of her many years of sacrificial work.

Mrs. Elizabeth Gazdag has been staff member of the Hungarian ISSN National Centre, Budapest since 1981, and has served as director since 1992.
