‘404 Not Found – Who will preserve the Internet?’ Video conference and workshop – 2021

On 23–24 November 2021, the National Széchényi Library is organizing the annual event about archiving web content. The fifth ‘404 Not Found – Who will preserve the Internet?’ conference and workshop is being organized online via Microsoft Teams, the same way as last year. The event consists of two parts.

On the occasion of the 280th anniversary of his birth, as part of the Benyovszky Memorial Year 2021, a scientific conference was organised at the Hungarian National Museum on 20 September 2021.

We are pleased to inform our readers that according to the Government Decree 365/2021 (VI. 30.) our institution can be visited again without any restrictions on number of visitors and the immunity certificate. To compensate for the ‘library-free’ months, the validity of annual reader passes purchased previously in 2020–2021 will be extended by six months, and the validity of six-month reader passes by three months, free of charge.
