CASTLE30 – MEMORIAL DAY

National Széchényi Library cordially invites you to its jubilee memorial session to be held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of NSZL moving in Buda Castle. The event will take place on Wednesday April 29, 2015, at 1 p.m., in the Ceremonial Hall on Floor 6 of the Library.

Program:
13.00 Lecture held by literary historian Dr. István Margócsy
13.30 Lecture held by Dr. László Tüske, Director-General of National Széchényi Library
13.50 Welcome speech by Dr. Péter Hoppál, Secretary of Culture at the Ministry of Human Capacities; Ceremonial launch of the ELDORADO system  
14.20 Reception
15.00 Memorial session entitled “Handshake of Generations”, during which current and one-time colleagues of the Library will talk about how NSZL moved in Buda Castle 30 years ago
The jubilee memorial session will be followed by an exhibition compiled from related original documents.
