Civic Epistemologies project – Final Conference in Berlin

The final conference of Civic Epistemologies project will be held between November 11 and 13, 2015, in the building of  Berlin-based Hamburger Banhof Museum.

The first day of the conference will be devoted to a closed plenary session to be attended by participants of the project and this will be the official closure of the project. The aim of the event is to illustrate and promote the Roadmap and to present results from the project.

National Széchényi Library will be represented at the conference by Miklós Lenday, director of the Directorate of E-services, István Moldován, department head of the Department of Electronic Library Services and by József Uri-Kovács, staff member of the Department of Electronic Library Services.

The conference to be held on November 12 and 13 in Berlin is open to everyone. The event targets a wide audience, including policy makers, cultural managers and curators, association of citizens, representatives of the educational sector, creative and cultural enterprises. Main issues on the agenda will be digital heritage and related innovation efforts as well as vocation and identity. The final version of Roadmap will also be presented to the public.
