Firefighting practice

The Metropolitan Disaster Management Directorate of Budapest will hold firefighting practice on Floor 5 of the Library, at the main entrance and on the corridors as shown below:

November 13, 2018, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.;

November 14, 2018, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.;

November 15, 2018, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.

Firefighting practice will involve the main entrance on Floor 5, the buffet corridor and the Collection of Posters and Small Prints. Fire engines will be parked in the Lion Courtyard. The practice will not involve the rest of the reader spaces, or the exhibition halls.
