As in 2019, Rita Ráczné Radó, Head of the Research Management Department of the National Library of Hungary, represented the national library at the Qualitative and Quantitative Methods in Libraries (QQML) conference, which was held for the 16th time in 2024.

Our colleague was both a moderator and a speaker at the international event held in Chania, Crete, between 28 and 31 May 2024. In her presentation, entitled Library digitisation and what's behind it, she presented the EODOPEN project, which is nearing the finishing line, and the ground-breaking Rights Clearance Documentation Tool (RCDT) developed by the national library.

The conference was attended by Zsuzsanna Gombos, staff of the Department of Bibliographical Database on Humanities, and Szabolcs Dancs, staff of the Library Institute, who provided further information on the developments of the RCDT.

Thanks to the results presented at the event, our colleagues have been invited to the international conference of Slovenian librarians in Maribor in September, where they can present their developments again.
